Is there a minimum?

• For events over 30 people, we do not require any type of minimum!

• Events under 30 people have a minimum HOLD of $200, If there are more than $200 in sales we will credit back the entire amount of $200. If we do not reach $200 We will credit back the difference.

• (Example: $150 in sales we would keep $50 and give you back the remaining $150 from the hold.)

What happens if I book and then cancel?

• Cancellations happen, we understand! If you do have to cancel, we ask that you let us know as early as possible so that we can fill our schedules elsewhere. We will credit back $150 of the $200 hold.

  What happens if I book and then cancel?

• Cancelling due to weather - If there is a good chance of weather affecting your event, cancelling is at our sole discretion and if applicable, any holds will be returned upon cancellation. Communication is key and we will let you know as soon as possible!
